Maintaining the cold chain is of the utmost importance. As the customer, you are responsible for keeping the product at the temperature specified on the packaging at all times. Our return and refund policy is valid for 24 hours from the time of delivery. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and the cold chain must have been maintained. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the claim being declined. It is the customer's responsibility to return the product to SaltBru at their own cost. All claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Once the product has been received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will inform you of the outcome—whether the claim has been approved for a credit, replacement, or rejected. Please note that the decision to approve, reject, or issue a credit or replacement is made at the sole discretion of SaltBru management. SaltBru does not cover the cost of returning the product.
